3 days and counting

I leave for Fitness Ridge in three days and I must say that I am feeling a little anxious about the first few days. I expect my stomach to growl non-stop until it gets used to getting less food and I expect my muscles to protest from the unaccustomed demands I'll be placing on them.

Mostly, though, I don't want to be a whiner about such things....and I don't want to be the last one in the group to finish the hike. Ever.

I'll post about the exercise schedule and the food and what all this feels like. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
